Notice: Vehicle Washing Guidelines

Attention Owners & Renters: Please observe these rules for washing your vehicle.

There are 2 areas to wash your vehicle:

  • In Phase 3, located in front of the trash bin area.

  • In between Phase 1 and Phase 2 by the trash bin.

There is a water hose provided to use. We kindly ask you to return the hose back after use.

If you choose to use a mobile car wash service, they can utilize the water to wash Residents vehicles only. The mobile car wash service is not to fill their water tank(s) with Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. water out of respect and fairness to the community because all the Owners pay the water bill for the entire community. The mobile car wash service is not to wash vehicles that are not registered with the Association.
