January 2025 Meeting

The ANNUAL MEETING of Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. was called to order at 10:17am Poolside, Saturday, January 11, 2025.

In attendance: Board Members Blake Suder, Paul Marcelin, Lisbeth Morales, Bernadita Barahona, Austin Scott, Keith Gregory, Keilysha Harris, Gillian Clayton, Moshen Rostami, Janet Barbalaco, Merly Ramkhalawan

Proof of Notice of meeting: sent via email, mailed, and posted at each quad.  Notarized and on file. 1st sent November 12. 2024 2nd notice December 23,2024.  Ballots received.

2. Briefly discussed BOI report due January 13, 2025. Will complete.

3. Advised court date February 17, 2025 for lien of 3801. Will need to provide all documentation with reasons for delay between Architect, Contractors, and City inspectors.

4. Need to send reminders for upcoming Assessments and a new spreadsheet. March thru August to fund reserves $80.12; March thru December $192.03 to waterproof, paint, concrete restoration for all buildings.  for 6 months will be $272.15 for both and then 192.03 for 4 months. see spreadsheet sent previously via email or check website under news dated 11 22 2024.

5. Insurance renewal, Blake and Paul will talk with agent Daniel Baum about options and cost and advise at the next meeting.
