Second Notice of Annual Membership

TO ALL MEMBERS: 

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., at the Association's pool, located at 3801 NW 84 Avenue Sunrise, Florida, 33351, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing the new board for the coming year, and any other business as permitted by law An identification of agenda items is as follows: 

1. Certifying Quorum - Proof of Notice of Meeting;

2. Call to Order;

3. Appointment of a Chairman of the Meeting;

4. Collect election ballots;

5. Appointment of Election Inspectors; 

6. Election of Directors/Counting of Ballots; 

7. Announcement of Election Results;

8. Adjournment. 

Persons entitled to cast a majority of the votes of the membership (a "quorum") must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting in order for any business other than the election of directors to be conducted.

All Unit Owners are invited to attend these Meetings. This notice has also been posted on the condominium property.
