Schedule Updates Assessments

NOTE: ASSESSMENTS TO FUND RESERVES AND WATERPROOFING WILL BEGIN MARCH 12025. SEE BELOW AND REFER TO THE SPREADSHEET PROVIDED. Total 6 months at $272.42 and 4 months at $192.30. 

1. COMPLETED Assessment for 3761 Roof; work will begin soon supplies and equipment have been delivered waiting on city and asbestos testing to get a permit. 

2. Fund Reserves $25000.00 div 52 owners = 480.76 collected over 6 months; March, April, May, June, July, August 2025 - 80.12 

3. Painting/prep work waterproofing $100000.00 div 52 owners = $1923.07. Collect over 10 months March, April, May, June, July, August, September October November, and December 2025-$192.30. This project will be done one building at a time, so it will be completed by January 2026 if all assessments are collected promptly. 

NOTICE: BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING ON A SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE  BUILDING NEW ROOFS AND PAINTING AND FUNDING RESERVES. IF ANYONE IS OVER 45 DAYS LATE ON ASSESSMENT WITHOUT ADVISING THE BOARD AHEAD OF TIME with a VALID REASON, OWNER WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS.
