Insurance Renewal Q&A: Insurance Agent Daniel Baum will be present at 10:45 a.m. to address concerns about the increasing cost of insurance due to added wind coverage.
Follow-up Zoom Q&A: For those who cannot attend, a Zoom meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30p.m.

BOI FINCEN Report Filing: Completed Federal report and accepted.
Court Date: February 17, 2025, for lien of 3801
Assessment Reminders: Sent via letter, text, email, and spreadsheet
Fire Extinguisher Hooks: Gustavo has been installing hooks; please advise if still needed

New Business:
Roof Replacement for 3761: Supplies and materials have been delivered; work is expected to begin soon.
