Dear Spring Creek Condominium Owners,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to remind you of the upcoming increase in monthly maintenance fees, which was approved at the June 8, 2024 meeting. Beginning August 1, 2024, the new fees will be as follows:

  • 1 Bedroom Units: $435.00

  • 2 Bedroom Units: $450.00

We understand that any increase in expenses can be challenging, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the continued upkeep and improvement of our community, allowing us to maintain the high standards and quality of life we all enjoy at Spring Creek.
