Community Notice: Meeting Changed

Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you that the next community meeting has been rescheduled to August 10, 2024, at 10 AM poolside. The meeting, originally scheduled for July 20, 2024, has been postponed for the following reasons:

1. The Board has not yet received updated information on the state grants.

2. The roof permit is still under review by the City of Sunrise.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these matters. We look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled meeting.
