Important Notice: 2nd Notice -Monthly Maintenance Fee Increase Effective August 1, 2024

To All Members:

At the monthly meeting held June 8, 2024; The Board unanimously voted to increase the maintenance by $10.00.  Notice was provided via the Minutes which were sent via email and posted on the website June 16, 2024. 

The Board is responsible for maintaining the standards of appearance, safety, and values of our community for the owners. This letter/notice serves as  2nd notification that the Board of Directors has voted to increase the monthly dues by $10.00 beginning August 1, 2024, $435.00 for 1 bedroom and $450.00 for 2 bedrooms.

This increase is needed to help us operate with a balanced budget due to the increased cost of living. The increasing cost of services, Insurance, landscaping, plumbing, roofing, utilities, property maintenance have contributed to this necessity.
