Pest Control Update
Bugoff Pest control normally comes the 2nd Saturday Monthly which would have been August 10th 2024, but the technician contacted COVID and did not come because it was late. No notice was given to the Association. Bugoff apologized and will be out this Saturday August 17th, 2024 instead. We apologize for any inconvenience.


2024 Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Fire Guard, LLC will be conducting fire extinguisher inspections on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 beginning at 9am. Fire Extinguisher must be up to date; not Expired. This is a MANDATORY ANNUAL INSPECTION REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SUNRISE. The extinguisher must be left on the 1st-floor lanai or on the 2nd floor on the stairs by the door. Please note, ALL UNIT EXTINGUISHERS MUST BE INSPECTED. Failure to comply will result in a $69.50 charge to the Unit Owner for REINSPECTION of your Extinguisher.

2023 Tax Filing
Uustal & Tedesco Accountants & Advisors have prepared the corporate tax return of Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc.  based on management's schedule of cash receipts and cash dispersants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The filing is available for review for Association members.
