Community Notice: October Raise in Fees

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held July 29, 2021. After careful research and consideration, reviewing 5 bids, and actively applying for loans at several financial institutions since the Annual meeting on January 16, 2021, the Board of Directors; have decided in order to cover the cost of the new roof at 3771, 3781, 3791 phase 3; which is necessary because of structural damage. An increase in maintenance is necessary to cover loan repayment for the new roof, which is $150,000.00.

The choices were to do a special assessment of $50.00 for 5 years or an increase in maintenance of $20.00 because maintenance was increased on April 1, 2021 already.

We, therefore, need to increase maintenance to maintain facilities. The Board has unanimously agreed to raise the maintenance $20.00 per month beginning OCTOBER 1, 2021.

  • A ONE-BEDROOM UNIT WILL BE $355.00

  • AND A TWO-BEDROOM UNIT WILL BE $370.00 PER MONTH.
