IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OWNERS & RENTERS: Fire Guard, LLC Will Be Conducting Fire Extinguisher Inspections On Tuesday, August 24th 2021

Fire Extinguisher must be up to date; not expired. This is a MANDATORY ANNUAL INSPECTION REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SUNRISE. The extinguisher must be left on the 1st-floor lanai or on the 2nd floor on the stairs by the door. Please note, ALL UNIT EXTINGUISHERS MUST BE INSPECTED. Failure to comply will result in a $65.00 charge to the Unit Owner for reinspection of your extinguisher.
