2nd Notice of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Spring Creek Condominium Association

TO ALL MEMBERS: 

On Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM, Poolside at 3801 NW 84th Ave., #1C, Sunrise, FL 33351, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of voting to waive the funding of statutory reserves and conducting the lawful business of the Association. The agenda for the Annual Meeting is: 

  1. Call to order by the President.

  2. At the discretion of the President, appointment by the President of a chairman of the meeting (who need not be a member or a director).

  3. Calling of the roll, certifying of proxies and determination of a quorum; or, in lieu thereof, certification and acceptance of registration procedures establishing the number of persons present in person or by proxy.

  4. Proof of Notice of Meeting or Waiver of Notice.

  5. Disposal of unapproved minutes.

  6. Reports of Officers.

  7. Reports of Committees.

  8. Unfinished Business.

  9. New Business.

  10. Adjournment.  

A majority of the voting interests of the entire membership (a “quorum”) must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy in order to conduct business at this Annual Meeting. 

Pursuant to Florida law, an election of the directors of this Association is not required, since the number of candidates was less than or equal to the number of vacancies to be filled. Accordingly, the names of the New Board Members will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
