CAR WASHING;

Effective immediately all car washing will only be done between phase 1 & 2. Phase 3 has a water thief coming early morning before dawn and filling up the car wash service tank. This has caused our City of Sunrise bill to fluctuate from $5000.00 to $8000.00 monthly.

For now, the Board is working on moving the angle of the camera and placing a lock on the spigot by the garbage dumpster. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.

GARBAGE AND BULK PICKUP;

Place only garbage bags and broken-down boxes in the dumpster and recycle bins. ALL LARGE OBJECTS ARE TO BE PLACED ON THE SWALE.

AIR CONDITION MONTHLY MAINTENANCE;

Monthly change the AC filter and pour 1 gallon warm or hot water and white vinegar mixture, to keep line clear, each quad connects to one drain out back and if a resident is not doing monthly maintenance can cause problems for other units.
