Monthly Meeting Notice

To All Members:

The Board of Directors of Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. will be holding the monthly meeting Tuesday, March, 28, 2023 7:00pm. Pool Side.

***ALL BOARD MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND***

Agenda:
• Minutes and Financial read; from last meeting.
• Old business; Plumbing, Roofing, Sprinkler.
• New Business: An increase in monthly maintenance of $70.00 per owner, or Assessments for each issue. Currently monthly maintenance total is $18,940.00, if all owners pay on time, but due to an increase in insurance and various necessary service expenses our average monthly expenses are about $22,525.00.
• Various other matters.
