Parking Notice

There are 102 parking spaces and 52 Condominiums; Residents are assigned 1 Owner parking space (white) and given a parking permit accordingly; residents are allowed 1 guest spot (yellow) if needed and given a parking permit accordingly; Once Spring Creek Condominium Association has been provided with the proper information regarding each vehicle. If an owner/renter changes their current vehicle the Association must be notified and provide proper information of such changes within 7 days, if not the said vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense.

The guest spots belong to Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. Owners are not allowed to grant access, loan out or give permission or in any way govern the use of any guest space.

If a resident has a guest that is staying more than 7 days a guest pass will be given to hang in the car. If a guest will be staying beyond 30 days, they will need to fill out an application for occupancy. If a vehicle is parked on the property without a parking permit or if proper notice is not provided to the Board of Directors, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Phase 3: No Parking in the driveway designated for City of Sunrise trash pickup and for washing vehicles. 

No Parking in the spot between Phase 1 and Phase 2. Which is also designated to not hinder City of Sunrise trash pickup and for washing vehicles.
