Community Notice: Vandalism & Unsupervised Minors

All Owners/Renters, please be advised that no child or person(s) should be vandalizing others property or community property here at Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. This is the only warning, the police will be called next time with no exceptions.

In Phase 2 and 3 the owners gardening, plants, flowers are being torn and broken. The water hose/spigot was turned on and left on after filling water balloons. The broken balloons and trash were left on the ground. An owner’s cart was moved and put in the rear of the building. On another occasion, the pool net was played with and then left on the ground.

Children have been in the pool area without adult supervision; NO CHILD SHOULD BE AT THE POOL UNATTENDED. No life guard is on duty at the pool. Only residents have keys so please understand if something happens to your child, the Association is not responsible.
