2nd Notice: No Storage in Meter Rooms

Attention Residents:

The City of Sunrise has fined us for not having signage on the doors of meter rooms and because some residents are using them as storage. This is a violation of the fire code. The Association has been fined $122.74 X 5 total $613.70. The Board has purchased and placed the signs, stating Meter Room No Storage allowed for each (13).

This is the second notice to remove anything you have stored in the meter rooms by February 20, 2021 or it will be put on swale for the city to pick up, no exceptions.
