Important Reminders for Spring Creek Condominium Residents
We appreciate your cooperation and attention to the following matters:
Upcoming Roof Work: Starting October 21, 2024, roof repairs will begin at 3801 NW 84th Ave. To ensure a smooth process, please park in designated guest spaces or on the swale if you typically park in front of 3801 or the three spaces adjacent to the pool. The workers will need access and want to ensure no harm comes to your vehicles.
Fire Extinguisher Verification: Our insurance provider requires proof of properly mounted fire extinguishers in each kitchen. You have two options:
Gustavo can install and photograph the extinguisher for you.
Install and photograph it yourself, then email (springcreekcondo@gmail.com) or text the image.
Visitor Notification: Please notify Association if you're expecting visitors staying 7-10 days or longer.
Crime Prevention Reminder: For your safety, remember to lock your vehicle at all times, especially overnight.
