NOTICE: BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING ON A SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE BUILDING NEW ROOFS AND PAINTING AND FUNDING RESERVES. IF ANYONE IS OVER 30 DAYS LATE ON ASSESSMENT WITHOUT ADVISING THE BOARD AHEAD OF TIME with a VALID REASON, OWNER WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS.
Assessment will begin November 2024 through January 2025 for 3761 Roof replacement, 37000.00 divided 52 owners = $711.53 collected over 3 months; November December January -$237.17. complete by February 2025.
Fund Reserves $25000.00 div 52 owners = 480.76 collect over 6 months; March, April May June July August September 80.12
Painting /prep work waterproofing $100000.00 div 52 owners = $1923.07. Collect over 10 months March April May June July August September October November December $192.30 completed January 2026.
Board Voted Unanimously to approve the Assessments for funding the reserves and painting. Motion Austin S. and 2nd Blake S. (beginning March through September 2025 for funding reserves $80.12 and painting, prep work and waterproofing beginning March through December 2025 and January 2026 $192.30.
