No Storage in the Meter Rooms

The City of Sunrise has fined us for not having signage on the doors of meter rooms and because some residents are using them as storage. This is a violation of the fire code. The Association has been fined $122.74 X 5 total $613.70. The Board has purchased the signs, stating “Meter Room, No Storage” allowed for each (13) and will be putting on each.

Remove anything you have stored in them by February 20, 2021 or it will be put on swale for the city to pick up, no exceptions.
