The Board of Directors of Spring Creek Condominium Association Inc. will be holding:

Minutes and Financial read; from last meeting.
Old business: Secured and bonded Property Insurance effective March 1, 2024, without hurricane coverage until all roofing issues are addressed Owners and board.
New Business: The board has
1. addressed multiple Owner issues inside of the units including plumbing and water detection at no cost to the Owner or Association.
2. Inspected 3801 flat roof, flashings water pooling at scuppers and vent stacks with roofing contractor.
3. Gathered 3 proposals for the multiple roofs and /or only 3801.
4. Gathered a painting proposal covering pressure cleaning, roof tile cleaning, minor concrete repairs, pergola repairs and removal and replacement of failed caulking on the windows amongst the property.
5. Filing with city for Grants.
6. Received 2 bids for the pavement repair and resealing of all parking lots.
7. Emoni has received for the Association a free pallet of Mulch and 125 plants to revitalize areas necessary.
8. Purchased 3 new LED wall packs upper lights with 5-year warranty to replace burnt out.
9. Batter powered tools for Gustavo at no cost to Association.
10. Gustavo has begun cleaning mildew off reachable areas on buildings amongst property and sealing cracks with hybrid urethane as preventative maintenance until painting project can commence.
