Fire Extinguisher Inspection Notice

Important Notice!!!

All Unit Owners & Renters

Fire Guard, LLC will be conducting fire extinguisher inspections on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.

Fire Extinguisher(s) must be up to date; not expired.

This is a MANDATORY ANNUAL INSPECTION REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SUNRISE. 

The extinguisher(s) must be left on the 1st floor lanai and 2nd floor on stairs by the door.

Please note ALL UNIT EXTINGUISHERS MUST BE INSPECTED. Failure to comply will result in a $45.00 charge to the Unit Owner for reinspection of your extinguisher.
