Old business:

1. Filing with city for Grants. Found majority owners would not qualify. Gathering information for Federal Grant.

2. Emoni has received for the Association a free pallet of Mulch and 125 plants to revitalize areas necessary. Awaiting date.

3. Proposals for the multiple roofs and /or only 3801 need to decide. Board is looking at cost for each proposal estimate given.

New Business:

1. Assessment for 3801 roof see cost per owner will be provided.

2. Update on permit process ,

3. Plumbing issues at 3821 1C,2C and 3841 1H,2H

4. Various Other Matters.
