2023 Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OWNERS & RENTERS

Fire Guard, LLC will be conducting fire extinguisher inspections on Wednesday, August 30th 2023
Fire Extinguisher must be up to date; not Expired. This is a MANDATORY ANNUAL INSPECTION REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SUNRISE. The extinguisher must be left on 1st-floor lanai or on the 2nd floor on the stairs by the door. Please note, ALL UNIT EXTINGUISHERS MUST BE INSPECTED. Failure to comply will result in a $65.00 Charge to the Unit Owner for REINSPECTION of your Extinguisher.
